Base rental fees do not include the following additional charges:
- $90 housekeeping fee
- $100 refundable security deposit
- State/local taxes of 12%.
Our goal is to give our guest the best experience while vacationing in our condo. We do have several rules that our guest must agree to. These rules are for the safety and well being of not only our guests but others who are vacationing. If a guest is in violation of the rules they may be subject to eviction with forfeiture of rent paid and deposit.
The deposit is NOT applied toward rent and will be refunded as long as the following provisions are met:
- No damage is done to unit or its contents, beyond normal wear and tear.
- No charges are incurred due to contraband, pets or collection of rents or services rendered during the stay.
- All debris, rubbish and discards are placed in dumpster, and soiled dishes are placed in the dishwasher and cleaned before departure.
- Beach access keys are returned. No linens are lost or damaged. The renter is not evicted by the owner (or representative of the owner), the local law enforcement or the building security. Excessive noise (loud music, etc) can result in eviction.
The HOA policy prohibits guests from having pets and on-site management does monitor the area.
Our condo is Non-Smoking. Evidence of smoking any substance in the condo forfeits security deposit and can result in termination of reservation.
Adults must be 25 or older unless accompanied by an adult guardian or parent.
The maximum number of guests is 4.
While linens and bath towels and beach towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. The HOA does not allow towels to be hung from the balcony to dry. A supply of soap/shampoo is provided, but we suggest you bring additional bath supplies.
Any reservation obtained under false pretense will be subject to forfeiture of advance payment, deposit and/or rental money, and the party will not be permitted to check-in.
No refunds will be given unless: a. The National Weather Service orders mandatory evacuations in a “Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning area” and/or b. A “mandatory evacuation order has been given for the Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning” area of residence of a vacationing guest. The day that the National Weather Service orders a mandatory evacuation order in a “Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning,” area, we will refund: 1. Any unused portion of rent from a guest currently registered, 2. Any unused portion of rent from a guest that is scheduled to arrive, and wants to shorten their stay, to come in after the Hurricane Warning is lifted; and 3. Any advance rents collected for a reservation that is scheduled to arrive during the “Hurricane Warning” period.
Cancellations are accepted if 30 days or more before arrival date with a full refund.
The condo is equipped with free Wi-Fi Internet.
Owner will not be liable for any damage or bodily injury to Tenant, or any other person, guest or invitee of Tenant, or to any property, occurring on the premises, deck or in common areas. Tenant agrees to hold Owner harmless for any claims for personal bodily injury or property damages arising out of the occupancy. Tenant accepts full responsibility and legal liability for any actions, damages or injuries that may occur while Tenant is occupying said property.
